Specific job responsibilities and qualifications:
1. Assist the general manager to manage and implement all kinds of business affairs of the catering business department, establish and improve the internal system, cooperate with the group company to implement various strategies, participate in the formulation of the development strategy of the catering business department, and provide relevant professional consultation for the development of the group meal strategy of the company;
2. Assist the general manager in the implementation, training and implementation of the operation management standards and specifications of the catering business department, assist and guide the preparation and planning of regional projects and branches, as well as the information collection of Foreign Affairs Commissioner's social activities, social information, talent hunting and industry participation;
3. Responsible for the inspection and audit of the implementation of the operation standards and specifications of the branches and subsidiaries of the catering business division, the preparation, organization and management of the business unit meetings, the inspection of items and branches' stores, timely feedback of problems found, formulation of improvement plans, and supervision of their implementation;
4. According to the market dynamics, be familiar with the main target market of group meal and central kitchen, understand the demand of group meal and central kitchen, develop and provide catering products and services that can meet their needs, formulate business strategy of each catering department, formulate catering marketing plan, marketing promotion plan, expand catering sales channels, and improve catering sales volume;
5. Management personnel at all levels conduct ideological communication and work guidance, continuously feedback, and improve the overall management ability of management personnel, so as to improve the various indicators of branches and project stores of the division;
6. Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant partners and functional departments of the company to ensure the normal operation of the group meal.
