Specific job responsibilities and qualifications:
1. According to the requirements of the company's overall development goals and marketing strategy, organize and carry out the construction of department management system, the formulation of annual business strategy and business objectives, customer management, contract management, planning and information management, so as to continuously improve the overall management level of the Department and provide guarantee for the completion of the annual sales target of the Department.
2. It is necessary to assist the company to establish a scientific sales strategy and ensure the support of marketing to the implementation of business strategy; Shouldering the responsibility of formulating the overall marketing plan and supervising and controlling from time to time;
3. Pay close attention to market changes and adjust competition strategy and marketing channel timely;
4. Responsible for the establishment of efficient marketing team, and encourage the team to actively explore the market; Strictly control marketing cost and promote marketing profit;
5. Organize to draft and improve the system and process of customer management, contract management, promotion management, plan and information management, efficient team management, administrative management, etc( Quarterly);
6. Work out the work flow and standard of each post in the Department, and conduct business guidance, training, inspection and assessment( Monthly)
7. Draw up the annual operation strategy of the Department( Once a year)
8. Formulate the annual marketing target plan of the Department, and implement it step by step according to the quarter and month( Quarterly, monthly)
9. Fully understand and master the industry and market trends, lead the team to explore new markets and achieve performance indicators( Monthly)
10. Draw up the annual budget of the Department( Once a year)
11. Review the annual staffing plan of the Department( Once a year)
